Day 18- Faith
Day 18 – Faith
Scripture:
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.” — Hebrews 11:6
Devotion:
Faith is more than belief; it is trust in action. Throughout Scripture, God moved powerfully through ordinary people who chose to trust Him. Noah built an ark before a drop of rain fell. Abraham left home without knowing his destination. Peter stepped out of the boat onto stormy water. In every case, faith preceded the miracle.
Many believers wait until they see evidence before they move. God often asks us to move before we see the evidence. Faith activates our obedience, and obedience opens the door for God’s power to work in and through us. Faith does not deny the difficulties around us; it simply declares that God is greater than those difficulties.
Today, consider where God may be calling you to trust Him more deeply. Perhaps it is in a relationship, a decision, a ministry opportunity, or a personal struggle. The next step may seem small, but every great journey of faith begins with a single act of obedience.
Do not allow fear to determine your future. Trust the One who already holds it in His hands.
Prayer:
“Lord, grow my faith. Help me trust You when I cannot see the outcome. Give me courage to follow wherever You lead and confidence that You are always faithful. Amen.”
Serving:
Take a step of faith today. Act on something God has been prompting you to do, trusting Him with the results.
